This morning, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 has arrived, and it has brought a major alien invasion, but that's not all it has brought with it; the latest Battle Pass also comes with DC Comics' Superman and as previously teased, Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty.
In addition to these characters, Epic games also brought back Battle Stars with a twist to give players more ways to customize. While there are still certain items locked behind specific Battle Pass levels, players now have pages of rewards rather than specific levels, and those pages will include various unlocks, each of which requires Battle Stars. As players level up, they can earn Battle Stars, five per level, and decide how to spend them. However, skins like Rick Sanchez are on specific pages, so players will have to reach level 90 or claim a certain amount of Battle Pass rewards in order to unlock Page 10, which comes with the Rick Sanchez outfit, and that outfit will cost players 9 Battle Stars.
It appears that the ability to use Battle Stars to acquire the Superman skin and other cosmetics will start on August 12. Epic Games hasn't announced if there are any associated quests like previous seasons to unlock special skins.

Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 7 is now available on most major platforms, except the iOS version since there is still a legal fight between Apple and Epic Games.
