Fans even noted that they would like for WB to continue their other DC plans while having the Snyderverse on the side. It can be considered as a part of the multiverse within DC. However, the director has already shared his doubts that this will happen.
In a recent interview with the YouTube channel Jake's Takes, the visionary director even hammered in the fact that there is a rift between him and the studio. He even went further to say that WB is aggressively anti-Snyder.

When Jake asked Snyder for any possibility for the revival of the Snyderverse, the director said, "Warner Bros. has been aggressively anti-Snyder if you will." He further added that the studio is not interested in his take. He even added what he said originally that the studio is not interested in his take on Justice League and they have made some decisions about that.

Snyder also stated, "I don't know what could be done as you go forward other than you know, the fan movement is so strong and the fan community is so, the intention is so pure and I really have huge respect for it. I would hope that cooler heads would prevail with them and that they would see that there's this massive fandom that wants more of that but who knows what they will do?"

Snyder mentioned that he loves the characters and the worlds. This statement certainly means that if not for the studio, Snyder would continue working for DC. However, his statement that he hopes for cooler heads to prevail also means that he is also hoping that the fans will still get what they want.

Zack Snyder's Justice League is streaming on HBO Max.
