WandaVision Cast Gets Questioned By Some of Their ‘Famous Fans’

Marvel Studios previously announced that it will be hosting a special virtual launch event on its official social media channel for the release of its upcoming Disney+ series WandaVision.

The virtual launch event was streamed on Thursday, January 14, across various WandaVision, Marvel Studios, and Disney+ social accounts at 9 am PT or 12 pm ET. The virtual event is premiered one day before the release of the upcoming two-episode premiere of WandaVision series.

The livestreamed event was hosted by Angelique Roche and featured the cast of WandaVision. The announcement prior to the event specifically showed the lead actors of the series Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch) and Paul Bettany (Vision), including Kathryn Hahn (Agnes) and Teyonah Parris (Monica Rambeau.

During the livestream launch, there were fans' questions given to the cast. There were fan questions that the cast had to answer. To their surprise, there were some celebrities who also gave their questions. The last three fans were the most epic part of the livestream. The first of the last three were from ‘Tom H' from the UK. As it turns out it is Loki actor Tom Hiddleston. His question was directed to Bettany, "When you last saw Vision in Infinity War, he was no longer living, but now he's alive, I was just wondering, do you think that's more of a Loki thing?" Bettany replied, "It's true, I'm totally stealing your thunder, Tom. I'm so sorry about that. I thought the whole thing worked better with me anyway."

The next question was from ‘Anthony M', which turns out to be The Falcon actor Anthony Mackie. The actor proceeded to say that he is excited for WandaVision because the two were his favorite Avenger, and continued to ask, "What makes me your favorite Avenger?" Bettany replied, "[What I love] about your character is his humility, the fact that he never sucks the air out of the room." Olsen replied, "I do have to say that I love your one-offs, you're very good at coming up with them on the spot and they usually make the picture, that I do love about you, Mackie. But you're not in this one so sit down."

The last question came from ‘Ben' from London who was hiding his face at first and revealed after finishing his question. It turns out to be Benedict Cumberbatch, the actor for the titular character of Doctor Strange. His question was, "Can you give me a hint about what's going on here, it looks like you are jumping through time, but we just did that. So, yeah?" Olsen replied, "I'm a very powerful person." Hahn replied, "I would think it's the newbie in this world, and you as someone who was in it for a while would know that we're not allowed to talk about it."

WandaVision is a canon in the MCU and the timeline is set after the events that occurred in Avengers: Endgame. WandaVision will have a total of nine episodes the first two set to be released on Friday, January 15, 2021, on Disney+.
