Stranger Things Season 4 Character Will Go From Man of Justice to Prisoner

Stranger Things actor David Harbour revealed that the fans will be seeing a new and different side of Chief Police Jim Hopper on the upcoming fourth season of the series. The hit Netflix series mostly focused its first three seasons on the kids. However, Strange Things season 4 will bring a different flavor to the show as the series will look more into Chief Jim Hopper.

The teaser trailer for season 4 revealed that Hopper is still alive. Nonetheless, that is not the only reason why Hopper was shown in the trailer. Harbour revealed to the fans that they will get to see his character more in the upcoming season. Harbour said, " One of the great things that you can see with Hopper is that he was a protector, he's a man of justice, he now has become a prisoner. He's trapped and he's isolated. We get to see an entirely other color of him that has been hinted at. This season is my favorite because he really is going to show you some new colors and what he's really made up of.

Stranger Things creators, Matt and Ross Duffer have been responsive to the fans' response. This is why they are taking the script to move forward for the fourth season. This would mean that many fans would see many of their favorite characters doing the things that they were loved for. There will also be some twists and turn to these characters.

At the end of Stranger Things season 3, Hopper sacrificed his life in order to shut down the Upside Down. In the mid-credit scene, there was a Russian prison where an unknown character was being held. When Netflix released a teaser trailer, it was revealed to Hopper. In the teaser trailer, he was working on a snowy workcamp, directly correlating to Harbour's description of his character, who is a man of justice but has become a prisoner.
