With the success of the film, Geekosity is speculating that an all-female Mortal Kombat spin-off film might be in the works for the franchise. Due to the massive popularity of the film, fans are asking for more.

They are also eager to see more characters in the Mortal Kombat universe debut on the big screen. With this in mind, Warner Brothers are triumphant in scoring another franchise.
