Though it seemed that we wouldn't be seeing Joe Manganiello lay Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke in the DCEU, WB has gone and announced that there will be a Deathstroke movie with The Raid director Gareth Evans at the helm. Though we haven't been getting any official images, there's this cool fan poster that pits Deathstroke against the Dark Knight.

Originally Deathstroke was planned to appear in Ben Affleck's solo Batman movie, but with Matt Reeves taking over as director, it seemed that any plans to have Deathstroke in the movie had been changed. It's an absolute shocker that we're actually getting a movie this time around.
As it currently stands, we still don't know much about the solo Deathstroke movie other than who the director is and the fact that Manganiello will be playing Slade. I'm guessing that DC will want to release the movie far away from Deadpool 2 which comes out June 1 next year. Though Deadpool may be more popular, he is still a downright ripoff of Deathstrok; katanas, "Death/Dead" in the name, and even alike sounding names—Wade Wilson and Slade Wilson.
No official release date has been set for the Deathstroke movie, but with the way the movie has been announced, I'm guessing the film comes out I 2019.
