Deadpool 2's Shatterstar Teases Working with DC

When Shatterstar was confirmed for Deadpool 2 fans were excited since it seemed like the film would be the proper debut of X-Force. Unfortunately for those watching and Lewis Tan, the actor who played as Shatterstar, the X-Force members not named Deadpool or Domino ended up dying, though it did make for a funny joke.

Fortunately, things seem to be working out for the actor as he Tweeted out a meeting he had with DC Comics.

Just to be clear, Tan did not give any hints about what possible role he could end up getting. The actor is holding several graphic novels, the most visible book being one of the Batman collections by Ed Brubaker, but that hardly says anything.

It's not even clear if Tan will get a role, though it would be nice if he did. The fact that he is meeting with DC directly does mean that there is some interest in the actor, though only time will tell if he ends up being a part of their many forms of entertainment, whether it be movies or TV.

DC currently has a number of shows in production for their upcoming subscription service called DC Universe. Swamp Thing, Doom Patrol, Metropolis, and a Harley Quinn animated series are in development. Whether Tan finds a role there or in their movies, he would be a fine addition.
