Evidence has been mounting that a new World of Warcraft sequel is in the works at Legendary Pictures. The first movie ended up being an unexpected success, scoring $439 million in the box office on a moderate budget of $160 million. That's more than double the numbers of DC's latest film, Birds of Prey. As rumors of production began, fans have been fancasting for the film. One actor came to mind for visual artist, BossLogic. He envisioned Henry Cavill in the lead role with his concept art below:

Wow. once again BossLogic blows us away with his mockups. Cavill looks perfect for a role in World of Warcraft. The Superman actor recently starred in The Witcher on Netflix, where he portrayed a medieval era warrior with special abilities. It's no wonder that fans think he would do a great job in a World of Warcraft sequel after his Witcher performance.

The image itself is actually based on newly released promotional pics of Cavill for The Witcher Season 2, which is scheduled to release sometime in 2021.

We are still waiting to see Cavill in the HBO Max Snyder Cut of Justice League. The original cut was heavily criticized, but fans are widely anticipating the original vision of the film by Snyder. The Snyder Cut is scheduled to release in Fall 2021. In the meantime, you can watch Henry Cavill in his latest role as Sherlock Holmes, in Enola Holmes on Netflix.
