In case you weren't aware, Marvel star Gwyneth Paltrow has her own line of vagina-scented candles which made headlines when they first released. What started out as a joke between the Pepper Potts actress and business partner and perfumer Douglas Little would later become a hit amongst her fans, immediately selling out upon release.

The said candle is outrageously called "This Smells Like My Vagina", implying that the item carries the scent of her lady parts and its official description reads: "The two were working on a fragrance, and she blurted out, "Uhhh..this smells like a vagina"—but evolved into a funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected scent. (That turned out to be perfect as a candle—we did a test run at an In goop Health, and it sold out within hours.) It's a blend of geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed that puts us in mind of fantasy, seduction, and a sophisticated warmth."

Now, as much as her vagina-scented candles are getting serious raves from fans, a lawsuit may be on the way for the actress as one woman claims that the goop candle she purchased exploded in her house after lighting it, emitting flames that were at least two feet long. The Sun reports that a UK local named Jody Thompson experienced first hand how dangerous the said candles can be.

"The candle exploded and emitted huge flames, with bits flying everywhere", she said. "I've never seen anything like it. The whole thing was ablaze and it was too hot to touch. There was an inferno in the room... We eventually got it under control and threw it out the front door. It could have burned the place down. It was scary at the time, but funny looking back that Gwyneth's vagina candle exploded in my living room."

Paltrow or any of her lifestyle brand's representatives have yet to issue a statement regarding the incident. Thompson has not pressed charges against the actress. Thankfully, nothing serious happened following the incident because quite frankly, things could've gone worse and it would've spelled huge trouble for the Marvel star.

Paltrow last appeared in the MCU in 2019's Avengers: Endgame.
