Warning: if you haven't seen the finale episode of WandaVision, this post contains MAJOR SPOILERS so read at your own risk!

After weeks of mystery and intrigue, we're finally in the "endgame" now as WandaVision premiered its highly-anticipated finale and while I don't mean to oversell it and sound a little too biased, it was a fantastic and properly executed conclusion that we all deserved to see. Well, not so much a "conclusion" since the ending clearly sets up something much bigger.

Now, we've been guessing for weeks as to which characters could potentially turn up in the series led by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany and Episode 9 finally gave us the answers. Both actors have been hyping up the arrival of a "Luke Skywalker-level" cameo and we can now confirm that it is in fact... Paul Bettany.

The finale saw the official MCU debut of Vision's reanimated "clone" called the White Vision, something that was made possible through S.W.O.R.D.'s Tyler Hayward who has been hell-bent on destroying Wanda Maximoff since his Westview arrival. This new iteration of the synthezoid who was programmed to put a stop to Wanda's hex clashed with the "real" Vision and just like Bettany jokingly said in a previous interview, their chemistry was phenomenal.

Kidding aside though, the entire "double Vision" situation pretty much proves that from the get-go, both actors were just trolling fans regarding that mystery cameo they've been teasing for weeks and as it turns out, none of the earlier WandaVision theories came to fruition.

Now, if you think that "cameo" was disappointing, I'll put the blame on the Marvel theorists who kept everyone's hopes up regarding the appearances of characters like Doctor Strange, Mr. Fantastic, and even Magneto. Now, if anything, the absence of a major character cameo in the show proves that the guys we have on the show are enough to make things work and quite frankly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

WandaVision's grand finale is now streaming on Disney+.
