The zombified version of Wanda Maximoff is hands down the show stealer of last week's What If...? episode and if you thought regular Wanda was already strong as heck, this terrifying version of the Scarlet Witch is someone you wouldn't want to mess with as she takes being "OP" to an entirely different level. Thankfully, we won't get to see Zombie Wanda in live-action form but what if we actually did?
Digital artist @venomhology unveiled a menacing artwork depicting WandaVision actress Elizabeth Olsen as the live-action version of Zombie Wanda and it's quite an unsettling sight. Olsen was among the list of Marvel actors who didn't reprise their roles in the animated MCU spinoff but if Marvel Studios ever decided to bring the Zombies concept to live-action, she will certainly return for the role. There have been recent rumblings online that Kevin Feige and his crew are actually toying with the idea of giving What If...?'s Zombie-centric episode a live-action treatment and while it's yet to be confirmed, it sounds extremely exciting. I mean, could you imagine our favorite MCU heroes wreaking havoc in the multiverse as zombified versions of themselves?
Problem is, for it to come to fruition, they would have to bring back the likes of Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. Evans would be an easy grab if we're being honest especially considering the rumors that he's inked a new deal with the studio. Downey, on the other hand, seems to be a tricky case given the fact that he's trying to distance himself from the MCU bubble. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
