WandaVision made a strong debut last week, premiering back-to-back episodes and fans can't seem to stop gushing over Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany's MCU spinoff show. It may have been an acquired taste to some fans of the franchise but it can't be denied that this is arguably the most intriguing and daring project Marvel Studios has ever produced since the MCU's inception in 2008.

Set in the bygone era and drawing massive inspiration from the world of classic American sitcoms, the MCU show revolves around Wanda Maximoff's creation of her own pocket reality where everything is basically perfect. But just like a good dream, things aren't exactly what they seem and as the series progresses, Wanda is forced to come to terms with reality and leave behind the perfect life she's created for herself and the love of her life Vision.

In case you were wondering how they pulled everything off, Marvel released a special behind-the-scenes featurette that gives fans a one-way ticket to the magical, whimsical, and eerie world of Westview. Aside from the visual effects, WandaVision also apparently makes use of practical effects, staying true to the nature of classic sitcoms. Check it out here:

The actress has got to be the busiest, not to mention the most in-demand Marvel actor right now. Following her stint in the aforementioned Disney+ series, Olsen would immediately fly to London to begin working on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness with Benedict Cumberbatch and while we still know very little about Wanda's involvement in the film, Olsen has confirmed in previous interviews that WandaVision will set everything up.

WandaVision is now streaming on Disney+.
