Warning: if you haven't seen the finale episode of WandaVision, this post contains MAJOR SPOILERS so read at your own risk!

WandaVision's finale episode pretty much proved that we should all trust Marvel Studios as they can seemingly do nothing wrong at this stage. Personally, as someone who has followed the series since the beginning, I can say that I'm genuinely pleased with how Episode 9 turned out but surprisingly enough, there are fans who felt disappointed with the ending.

A number of fans expressed their dismay over the show's surprise cameo reveal which turned out to be none other than Paul Bettany himself. In a recent interview, the Vision actor teased an appearance from an actor that he's "never worked with" in the past. Apparently, he was just trolling fans but a lot of them took his claims way too seriously.

Episode 9 also revealed the truth behind Evan Peters' character "Pietro Maximoff" and much to the chagrin of viewers and fans who were hoping that he'd turn out to be Peter from the X-Men films, it was revealed that he's actually a guy named Ralph Bohner, the same "Ralph" Agatha Harkness has been mentioning since the first episode and he has no connections to the mutants or even Mephisto.

After seeing the episode, fans took to Twitter to air their displeasure over the finale and some of them even described it as "mediocre" and "anticlimactic". Check out some of the reactions below:

To be fair, Lizzie never actually said that there would be a cameo that would match Luke Skywalker's appearance on The Mandalorian and her statement was completely taken out of context. As for the Ralph twist, I gotta admit, I was a bit bummed out by it because I feel like Evan Peters could've been something more in the MCU. Still, I enjoyed the finale and I'm totally excited to see Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
