Warning: if you haven't seen the latest episode of WandaVision, this article contains MAJOR SPOILERS so read at your own risk.

We've already seen three episodes of WandaVision so far yet it's still unclear who exactly is the one who will end up wreaking havoc in Wanda Maximoff and Vision's dreamy pocket reality in Westview although the previous episode may have already hinted the show's true villain.

Now, if you happen to be someone who only follows the Marvel Cinematic Universe exclusively and not the comics, this one may come as a huge shocker.

The final moments of Episode 3 saw Wanda's terrifying act of banishing Geraldine aka Monica Rambeau from her altered reality after Rambeau mentions Ultron and how the Avengers 2 main baddie was responsible for her twin brother Pietro's death. The said episode left us with confusion as it never showed how exactly Wanda got rid of Monica.

The fourth episode of the series finally reveals how Wanda and Monica's tense confrontation went down and boy, it was nasty, to say the least. Maximoff apparently used her red hex powers and brutally assaulted the S.W.O.R.D. agent, sending her back to the "real world". Interestingly, Maximoff somewhat carries a feeling of guilt following her actions, indicating that she didn't mean to harm Rambeau.

After the jaw-dropping moment, Wanda later tells Vision that leaving Westview isn't as easy as it seems but assured her synthezoid partner that she has everything under control. This, of course, pretty much confirms that it is indeed Wanda who created the new version of Westview, and not only that, she just might end up becoming the show's true antagonist.

It's still hard to make a conclusion at this point when you have characters like Agnes and Dottie who could also potentially be the show's villains but for now, WandaVision is teasing a major shift in Maximoff's overall persona and she undoubtedly poses a serious threat.

All four episodes of WandaVision can be streamed on Disney+.
