Avid supporters of Zack Snyder and the people behind the Snyder Cut movement launched a crowdfunding campaign and have raised nearly $500,000 for suicide prevention awareness and it just proves that not all heroes wear capes.

The Justice League director took to Twitter to express his glee over the said campaign. All the proceeds will go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). If you may recall, Snyder's daughter Autumn died in early 2017 in an apparent suicide. The tragedy forced Snyder to withdraw from the project which was still in its post-production stages. Snyder tweeted: "Closing in on half a million. This community is incredible... #whywefight". Check it out here:

This accomplishment goes to show that anything is possible and the collective forces of people who fight for a great cause can indeed move mountains. They've proven that when the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement succeeded after years of campaigning and now this. I don't know about you but it gives me "hope" and restores my faith in humanity. Good job, Snyder Cut fans!

Speaking of, the Snyder Cut of Justice League will hit HBO Max sometime in 2021.
