A lot of juicy details about Andy Muschietti's The Flash project are being kept under wraps but we're already aware that its cast is looking pretty stacked. Not only are Ben Affleck and Micheal Keaton returning in the film to reprise their roles as Batman, but the Ezra Miller-led superhero flick will also mark the DC Extended Universe debut of Kara Danvers aka Supergirl who will be played by Sasha Calle.

Filming has kickstarted for the upcoming project and Muschietti has been hyping it up by giving fans a little sneak preview of the actors' respective superhero costumes. Over the last couple of weeks, Andy has teased Batman (Keaton's version) and Flash's suits and now, he once again took to Instagram and offered us our first glimpse at Kara's DCEU costume.

Although the full suit wasn't unveiled, you can already tell that it'll be far different from the ones we've seen in the past. Not only that, but it also makes use of the same Kryptonian emblem featured on Henry Cavill's Superman costume and while that may not seem like it's a huge deal, it gives us hope that Cavill's version of the Man of Steel will still be canon in the universe. Check it out here:

There's no denying that The Flash is a make-or-break kind of project and if the rumors are to be believed, the film could end up playing a major role in shaping up the future of the DC Extended Universe and drastic changes could be upon us. It's both exciting and terrifying all at the same time but I have faith that Muschietti and his team know exactly what they're doing. If there's one DC project that Warner Bros. can't afford to screw up, it's definitely this one. Let's see how everything plays out.

The Flash is scheduled for release in November 2022.
