2018's Solo: A Star Wars Story turned out to be a pretty divisive film but despite that, it was still responsible for the introduction of fan-favorite character Qi'Ra, Han Solo's original love interest played by Emilia Clarke. Earlier this month, it was revealed through the comic series Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #1 that the Crimson Dawn member is still alive and well, and naturally, it left the door wide open for the former Game of Thrones actress to make her return to the franchise somewhere down the line.

Apparently, Clarke is down with the idea of reprising her Solo role in a future StarWars project but there's one problem, Lucasfilm has yet to reach out to her for a potential comeback. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the British actress seemed to have expressed her desire to star in her own Disney+ series after revealing that she has ideas for Qi'Ra's potential return.

Apparently, she's written stories about the character set post-Solo. She said: "I really had pages about what her life was and what it would be afterwards. I'm afraid I've heard nothing of [Disney+] being the case, so maybe I'll just write it and send it to them. I'll be like, 'Hey guys, I've got a few ideas.'"

Now that Emilia is tied to a Marvel Studios contract which I'm assuming is very lucrative, the chances of her once again appearing in the Star Wars franchise are pretty high considering both companies live under the Disney umbrella. Now, assuming Emilia doesn't get her own solo series on the Disney streaming service, with the standalone Lando series on its way, Lucasfilm would be foolish not to bring Qi'Ra back in some capacity. They definitely need to pull the trigger.

Speaking of Emilia, she is set to star in Marvel Studios' Secret Invasion.
