It can't be denied that The Mandalorian is easily the best work Lucasfilm has put out in years and unsurprisingly, it was able to lure Star Wars diehards back into the fandom while also attracting a new generation of fans thanks to its brilliant storytelling, action-packed sequences, a complex set of characters, and of course, the Force-wielding young fellow Grogu aka Baby Yoda.

Apparently, the Mando craze has also infected My Hero Academia creator Kohei Horikoshi who had nothing but high praises for the Star Wars spinoff series. And just like every fan in existence, Horikoshi was also hooked on The Mandalorian Season 2. A Reddit user named Mine Crafter PH shared Kohei's comment from Issue #7 of Weekly Shonen Jump 2021. He said: "I was super excited for The Mandalorian Season 2. I was so excited it got a bit out of hand. Wow!"

It's truly amazing how Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and the rest of the show's cast and crew exceeded expectations and were able to pull The Mandalorian off. All of this came during a time where fans were already losing faith in the Star Wars franchise.

And if you've been watching the show since the first season, you know from experience that it never ceases to surprise fans and deliver us with just the right amount of awesomeness. I mean, how is it possible that the show keeps getting better after each episode? They have been consistent since day one and that alone tells you the amount of dedication and commitment these guys have for the project.

You can stream all episodes of The Mandalorian via Disney+.
