The unexpected popularity of Baron Zemo's dancing scene in last week's episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier resulted in a hysterical online movement called #ReleaseTheZemoCut which was launched just last week. Originally meant as a joke, the campaign quickly took off thanks to the numerous memes that have circulated all over the internet showing the Captain America: Civil War villain strutting his killer moves.
The actual demand for an extended cut of the viral sequence was extremely strong and instead of resisting the fans, Marvel Studios actually capitalized on the opportunity and in just under a week and one day before Episode 4 premiered, the studio dropped a 1-hour version of the viral scene supporting Daniel Brühl previous claim that they originally shot a longer version of the wacky sequence and boy, it everything you can hope for it to be.
Now, some MCU fans are actually throwing massive shade at Zack Snyder's Justice League following the release of the Zemo Cut with people bragging about the fact that it only took Marvel six days to release the sequence while DC fans had to wait 4 grueling years just to see the Snyder Cut. Check out the reactions below:

As silly as it may actually be, Marvel Studios dropping the Zemo Cut only goes to show how much they care about the fans and while I don't mean to start a fight with this statement of mine, it also solidifies which the smarter studio is and no question, it's definitely not Warner Bros. And again, I've said this countless times over the last couple of days, I'm so thrilled with the way the series has presented Zemo so far. Zemo as the right mix of fun and ruthless actually clicks and I wouldn't mind seeing more of this side of the character.
