Despite the fact that Amber Heard is considered as one of the most polarizing Hollywood stars right now, her return to the DC Extended Universe via Zack Snyder's Justice League was actually well-received by fans of the franchise and a lot of them are lauding the actress for her upgraded role during the film's pivotal epilogue sequence.

But apparently, outside all the glitz and glamour of playing a superhero, Amber has found one nagging issue about it and it has something to do with Mera's overall look in the film. Taking to her official Instagram page to commemorate her 1000th post, the Aquaman star shared a behind-the-scenes clip of her on the set of the much talked about Snyder Cut where she returned to shoot the Knightmare sequence.

In the said clip, the actress shared the struggles of playing her role Mera and it doesn't have anything to do with the acting aspect of it but instead, it's about her costume which may look cool at first glance but in reality, feels uncomfortable to wear. Still, Heard tries her best to keep her poise and grace despite the fact that she's having a hard time standing on her own two feet. Check it out here:

I guess this is why in the first Aquaman film, the costume designers dropped Mera's Atlantean armor and instead went for a more streamlined costume for the character which looks a lot more comfortable compared to the Justice League version. Honestly, as much as I liked that JL version, I've always preferred Mera's costume in Aquaman because it still made her look badass while retaining the character's elegance.

Meanwhile, Zack Snyder's Justice League is still streaming on HBO Max.
