Jason Momoa Assures Fans that He Takes a Shower Following Celebrity Bathing Debate

The entire entertainment world went absolutely nuts when several celebrities recently came out to confess that taking a shower isn't something they do regularly.

A-list actors such as Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and even Marvel Cinematic Universe star Jake Gyllenhaal have all revealed their unusual bathing habits, much to the chagrin of their fans. The issue would then spark a debate on social media about how often someone should hit the shower.

It's a somewhat disgusting topic for sure but it's getting a lot of mainstream attention from the press, so much so that even other celebrities like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kristen Bell have offered their respective opinions about the subject. Now, Aquaman actor Jason Momoa has also chimed in to give his two cents regarding the matter.

In an interview with Access to promote his latest Netflix film Sweet Girl, Momoa didn't waste any time and assured fans that he takes a bath regularly and the reason behind it is simple, it's because he's the Aquaman. The DC Extended Universe star said: "I'm not starting any trends. I shower, trust me. I'm Aquaman. I'm in the f–king water. Don't worry about it."

Meanwhile, Momoa is currently in the United Kingdom filming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Considering the first one performed extremely well at the box office, giving the DCEU its first taste of 1 billion, the pressure is definitely on their side to replicate or even surpass the success of the original. I have complete faith that James Wan and his team will do everything in their power to make sure Aquaman 2 does well and hopefully, keeps the DCEU afloat.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom hits cinemas in December 2022.
