The entire Twitterverse was rocked this week when alleged "racist" tweets of Guardians of the Galaxy actor Chris Pratt resurfaced. After being dragged for months for allegedly being a MAGA devotee, a white supremacist, and homophobic, Pratt is now being labeled a "racist' by fans on social media.
We reported yesterday that Pratt was a hot trending topic on Twitter, with the hashtag #RIPChrisPratt headlining the micro-blogging site's search items. It all began when a series of tweets purportedly by the actor surfaced. We can confirm that two of those tweets are actually legit and as of writing, are still on Chris' Twitter page.

#MissUniverse In a way they all look like Miss Hungry.— chris pratt (@prattprattpratt) December 20, 2012
The other tweet, however, which makes use of the derogatory terms "n***a" and "n****r" has since been denied by the actor's camp, and apparently, it was all photoshopped. According to one of Pratt's representatives (via TMZ), the actor never posted such a tweet. Chris' spokesperson says: "Chris never tweeted the offensive things that are being circulated today. Any suggestion that he did is not only totally false but also defamatory."
The representative also confirmed the authenticity of Pratt's old tweet which intends to make fun of Miss Universe candidates for being skinny. But other than that, the "tweets" that have been circulating online are nothing but fakes.
Pratt has yet to issue a statement regarding the accusations and not once did he address the issues thrown at him. I guess he's just being a class act as he knows for sure that the controversies surrounding him aren't true.
It's crazy how some fans are seemingly hell-bent on destroying Chris Pratt's career and reputation when the claims made against him have NEVER been proven. This just goes to show how "cancel culture" (or cancer culture, as I would like to call it) is already getting out of hand.
