Fantastic Four Villain Galactus Trends Following Eternals Trailer Drop

Marvel Studios' dropped the final trailer for the upcoming Phase Four offering Eternals and unsurprisingly, it got the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom talking on social media. The teaser was home to several awesome moments — from Sersi finally giving us some much-needed clarity as to why the Eternals chose not to intervene during Thanos' invasion of Terran to Thena's jaw-dropping action sequences but the clip was also responsible for making a certain Marvel villain trend on Twitter.

Iconic Fantastic Four baddie Galactus became a hot trending topic on the social media platform after some fans thought they spotted him in the trailer. We hate to break it to you though but the "Galactus" that was seen in the action-packed teaser wasn't actually the Devourer of Worlds himself. Instead, it's Arishem the Judge, one of the Celestials set to appear in the film.

Even though Arishem's image was hard to make out in the trailer, it's kinda weird that some people were actually convinced that it was Galactus they saw because they look nothing alike. But hey, we gotta understand that not everyone reads the comics and is actually aware of his physical appearance.

Lastly, let's be real here, there's no way in hell Marvel Studios would include Galactus in the film and waste such an opportunity to introduce him to the fold. I mean, don't get me wrong, being an extraterrestrial being himself, it would (kinda) make sense for him to debut in a film like Eternals but come on, he belongs in the Fantastic Four franchise.

Marvel Studios' Eternals will hit cinemas in November.
