There's no denying that Amber Heard has become one of the most divisive stars in all of Hollywood all thanks to her personal issues with her former husband Johnny Depp. Those who have been paying close attention to their legal battle that has seemingly gone on forever are well aware that the actress has been gaining the upper hand thus far, with Depp losing all of his lucrative projects. A lot of people have been demanding Hollywood for quite some time now to have Amber blacklisted but to no avail.

Despite all of the controversies she's facing, Heard still manages to keep her career afloat and in fact, she is set to reprise her role as Mera in the upcoming DC Extended Universe project Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom much to the chagrin of her detractors. With the official confirmation that Amber is set to make her grand return to Atlantis, fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor took to social media to reignite their movement claiming the innocence of the Hollywood icon.

After learning about Amber's Aquaman 2 involvement, Depp's legion of supporters stormed Twitter to once again kickstart the #JusticeForJohnnyDepp movement and it immediately trended on the social media platform. Check it out here:

Warner Bros. still appears to be unfazed amid all the controversy surrounding the actress but it'll be interesting if the growing backlash towards her will plays a huge factor in the studio potentially giving her the Gina Carano treatment and ousting her from the DCEU. I mean, a lot of fans have been vocal that they'll boycottAquaman and the Lost Kingdom if Heard continues to play Mera and I'm pretty sure WB can't afford to lose potential box office returns just because of one actor. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
