It's a great day to be a Marvel fan as the comic book giant has finally taken back the rights to one of their most iconic characters Daredevil. This new development spells significant things for the future of Matt Murdock who can now appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Before you say anything else, no, Netflix's Daredevil series doesn't count and it never counted.

Of course, we still don't know at this rate if Kevin Feige actually has plans for the superhero/vigilante but fans are calling for him to be "Born Again" (get it?) in the MCU. It'll be interesting to see when Marvel Studios decides to reboot the character and include him into the fold, but in the minds of diehard fanatics, should they pull the trigger, there's only one actor fit to play the role, and it's none other than Charlie Cox.

The #SaveDaredevil movement has been going on for quite a few years now and every time the topic is discussed, Cox's name is always guaranteed to enter the conversation, and for good reason. Now, Marvel fans are once again campaigning to see Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock only this time, on the big screen, sharing the spotlight with other MCU characters. See some of the reactions below:

I'm really hoping this movement to bring Charlie Cox back as the Man Without Fear ultimately succeeds because he's been so believable in the role, I can't imagine any other actor playing the part. The timing couldn't have been any better too as the production for Spider-Man 3 has just started. I'm not saying I know better but wouldn't it be a thrill to see Charlie Cox teaming up with Tom Holland's Spidey?

Speaking of, Spider-Man 3 is currently scheduled for a December 2021 release.
