Amber Heard is Being Described as an ‘Advocate for Women’s Rights’ Amid Controversy

Amber Heard is arguably one of the most if not the most hated celebrity in Tinseltown and of course, you already know the gist of things. The Aquaman star's life has become an open book in the midst of her ongoing legal battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp, a messy personal issue that apparently has been brewing since 2015. For months now, fans have been hell-bent on ruining Amber's career as they believe that the ex-Fantastic Beasts star is innocent.

Heard seems to be unfazed amid the controversy and it seems like the opportunities have been coming her way since it all blew up. We reported a few weeks back that she's set to reprise her role as Mera in Aquaman 2 and she's also rumored to be a part of the Snyder Cut reshoots of Justice League. Now, the 34-year-old actress has officially joined Prince Harry and Megan Markle's public-speaking agency.

The Harry Walker Agency has recently signed Heard to be one of their speakers and according to a report (via Daily Mail), the actress is earning up to £25,000 or roughly $33,000 for every appearance she makes and it looks like they're not at all bothered with the allegations thrown at her. In fact, the New York-based agency even describes Amber as "an outspoken advocate for women's rights and for the civil rights of survivors of all gender-based violence."

I'm pretty positive that this new development in Amber's career and personal life will tick off a lot of fans and they're most likely questioning the thought of her being referred to as a human rights advocate. What do you think?
