It's no secret that Solo: A Star Wars Movie wasn't everyone's cup of tea and lead star Alden Ehrenreich totally understands that. And even though it didn't do as well as the other Star Wars films that came before and after it, Alden still refuses to see his film as a dissapointment.

During an interview with Total Film Magazine, Alden, who played the role of young Han Solo in the 2018 standalone spinoff reflected on the "amazing adventure" he had while filming. "Solo was a three-year experience, all said and done. I had been away from home pretty much for about three years. And not only on a personal side but also as an actor and artist – the well's dry. You haven't had a whole lot of experience in real relationships with people," he explains.

As polarizing as the film was, Solo still performed decently at the box office all things considered, earning close to $400 million worldwide during the course of its theatrical run. And let's not kid ourselves, it's not like the Star Wars franchise hasn't divided fans throughout the years. What truly matters is it still keeps fans talking after over 40 years.
