May is almost ending, and that means Toy Story 4 is getting closer to releasing. We already got our final trailer for the film, and now Disney Pixar has released a new clip of the gang meeting Bonnie's new toy Forky.

While some may think that it doesn't really give much to the story of the film, I think the clip gives us a great dynamic of the toys ever since they ended up being owned by Bonnie. Unless you've been watching the shorts, it's been almost a decade since we've seen Woody and the rest of the gang. At least here, we see that Woody is still kind of the leader, sharing the duties with Dolly.
It's also interesting that this new character should be a toy that Bonnie makes herself. I never really needed to delve into the ‘lore' of Toy Story, but I guess toy's come to life when kids decide that something is a ‘toy.' Maybe we'll get to see what happens when kids finally decide that something isn't worth playing with.
Either way, with Disney Pixar, I'm expecting a lot of tear-jerking moments.
Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody's slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep. As Woody and Bo discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they're worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.
Toy Story 4 comes out June 21.
