Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Announces New Update with Inquisitor Skin

Besides Star Wars Battlefront II, Respawn Entertainment has managed to hit a homerun with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. On Star Wars Day May the 4th, the devs have announced that they will be giving players a free update for the game which will include new combat challenges and cosmetics.

Here's the official description:

There's no better day than May 4th to pick up your lightsaber and swing back into battle. This free update brings a host of new challenges for Cal and BD-1 to take on. A new Meditation Training feature allows you to test yourself against waves of powerful enemies in arenas across the galaxy. Craft your own to take on your most hated foes and alongside your favorite allies. Unlock new customization awards and embrace your dark side with the Cal Inquisitor outfit. Experience Cal's epic journey anew in New Journey +, this time with all the cosmetics you've discovered unlocked. Step up to the challenge and May the Fourth be with you.

Seeing that the fighting has always been one of the main hooks of the game, it's great we get a game mode that focuses solely on that. I'm sure fans are also happy that we're going to get to use Cal's Inquisitor skin in the game, seeing that he only really comes with one outfit with the option of many different ponchos.

For now, a sequel for Fallen Order is in the works, and it will feature the return of the Mantis crew. While I'm sure we're going to have a playable Cal, I would actually be interested if we were able to use other characters like Cere and Merrin. I would even love it if we can actually pilot the Mantis in some missions.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is now playable for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
