Star Wars Battlefront II Dev Teases New Skins for Palpatine and Maul

Star Wars Battlefront II was aiming for an update by the end of March, but the Coronavirus lockdown has pushed back the update to later this April. What's great is, we have some new incoming skins, and hero designer Guillaume Mroz had teased two skins for both Maul and Palpatine.

Check them out:

While the photos were vague, some fans were savvy enough to spot that the photos were of Maul from his appearance in Rebels and Palpatine from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. You can watch the breakdown here:

There have a been a lot of clamoring from the fans for skins for both characters, so it's great to know that DICE is finally going to deliver. Fingers crossed we get more than just two skins, because god knows how long all of us have been waiting for some new looks for specific heroes. How about a McQuarrie Boba Fett or Bossk with a turban from Clone Wars?

I just know fans would break the internet if DICE was gusty enough to give us a Slave Leia skin from Return of the Jedi.

We don't have an official release date for the upcoming Scarif update, but some fans are hoping that we'll get it by next week. At this point, we're all just waiting for an official teaser to be dropped to get us all hyped for the update.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
