A lot of people thought we'd have seen the last of Jared Leto's Joker, but he's apparently coming back for Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max. We don't have an official look for him yet, but some word has come out on what the Clown Prince of Crime will look like at the end of the world.
Insider Daniel Richtman posted this on Twitter, with a .gif of Leto's Joker:
It has been said that Joker in the movie will appear alongside Batman and Deathstroke as the three have teamed up to fight against the greater evil which is Darkseid. My mind is just going crazy wondering what Leto's final look is going to be. I thought he looked too sleek and clean in Suicide Squad, so it would be great to see how someone like the Joker would deal with the end of the world. I guess hanging police badges all over your outfit is morbid, but I don't expect any less from Mr. J.
So far, the teasers for ZSJL have just shown us members of the League, but Joe Manganiello has already shared with us a look at his Knightmare Slade Wilson. With the movie rumored to come out ‘in a few months', I'm hoping that HBO Max gives us a teaser with the new Knightmare footage before the year ends.
This is also probably asking for too much, but hopefully, David Ayer's Suicide Squad also gets the greenlight.
No release date has been set for Zack Snyder's Justice League, but it is expected to come out on HBO Max sometime in 2021.
