For a while, fans have been fan-casting Winter Soldier actor Sebastian Stan as a young Luke Skywalker, and after the appearance of Ahsoka in The Mandalorian, fans are wondering if Luke is ever going to show up. With character posters coming out after every episode of The Mandalorian, artist @ryansmallman has decided to put together this mock-up poster of Stan in costume as Luke Skywalker.

Check it out:

What’s great is, it’s basically Luke from Return of the Jedi, but he’s given him a little stubble—perhaps alluding to the beard that Luke has when we meet him in the Sequel Trilogy.

I have to say, Stan is actually a good piece of fan-casting. He does look like a young Hamill, and he’s a pretty solid actor. He even has this mock audition for Luke Skywalker with MTV, and though he makes fun of a lot of the lines, it really hit different when he started taking them seriously:

For now, The Mandalorian has three more episodes, and it’s possible that Mando could run into another Jedi this week after Ahsoka sends him on a trip to Typhon. Personally, I think the season was really its strongest at the premiere, but it’s been stumbling since then; and no amount of Ahsoka nostalgia is going to make up for that. With three episodes remaining, I’m crossing my fingers that we’ll finally have some real stakes in the story.
