Jason Momoa Shows Support for #UsUnited with New Image of Aquaman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League

Though the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut campaign wanted the release of Snyder's Justice League, they had also done some great work raising money for the AFSP or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in tribute of Snyder's late daughter Autumn. With hype surrounding the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max, JL star Jason Momoa has decided to share a new image of his Aquaman in the film while promoting the AFSP.

We've created this official tribute site, as many continue to be inspired by Autumn, offering their support to the important work of this foundation. Today, more than ever, recognizing and destigmatizing conversations surrounding mental health, suicide awareness and prevention is crucial. We are honored by the amazing way Autumn's legacy has inspired so many to dedicate their efforts and resources to helping others when they need it most.

With deepest thanks and gratitude,

It was such a tragedy when news came out that Snyder had lost his daughter, and the bad news just kept on coming what with Joss Whedon taking over Justice League and the studio trashing Snyder's original vision. While some people may see the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League as a studio pandering to a whiny fanbase, I think it's a lot closer to showing respect for Snyder who they have severely mistreated after the loss of his daughter; there isn't even a mention of her in the credits of the theatrical cut.

Hopefully Snyder is going to be able to deliver what he wants when it comes to his cut of Justice League on HBO Max. I'll admit, I'm still concerned that it's not going to be that great, but I do celebrate the win for the creatives and everyone on Snyder's team that wanted to make the movie their way.

No release date has been set for Zack Snyder's Justice League, but the movie is set to hit HBO Max sometime in 2021.
