Ahsoka Tano is no doubt one of the most popular characters in Star Wars now, and she’s set to make her live-action debut in the second season of The Mandalorian. While we have yet to see Rosario Dawson in costume, a new poster from [email protected] may give us our first look at a live-action Ahsoka.

Check it out:

Admittedly, this isn’t Dawson in costume, but since this is an official release, it’s the closest thing we have to a canon live-action Ahsoka. I have to say, the outfit isn’t too bad, but they could have definitely improved on her headdress because it doesn’t fall neatly. Besides that, the make-up looks great, and it’s a neat interpretation of her Rebels look.

We don’t know how big Ahsoka’s role in Mandalorian is going to be, but it’s said that Lucasfilm is trying to test the waters for a live-action show with her in the center. With most of the upcoming shows centered on men, it would be great to have a female heroine like Ahsoka get her own show. Hopefully, they find a live-action role for original VA Ashley Eckstein, because she deserves some kind of role after all the work she put on Ahsoka.

We don’t know what Star Wars has planned for [email protected], but everyone is hoping we get a new look at The Mandalorian. It’s said that the series won’t be delayed from its release this year, and with October only 2 months away, Lucasfilm would do great if they started marketing, even with just a small teaser.

The Mandalorian Season 2 is set to come to Disney+ this October.
