Could the Winter Soldier be Appearing in Black Widow?

The Black Widow movie is currently under production, but Marvel Studios is yet to give us a big reveal for the film. What's interesting is, Sebastian Stan (Bucky a.k.a. the Winter Soldier) has been spotted with what looks to be a hint at a cameo or some kind of involvement with BW.

A fan had spotted Stan in Berlin wearing a Black Widow cap:

Of course this could just be a photo of Stan wearing a random Marvel hat, but if you follow production teams, you'll know that they sometimes come with special gear that hints at what movie they're working on. What are the odds Stan got this on the set of Black Widow.

Though some thought that Black Widow would take place during the Cold War era, it's been said that the movie is actually set after the events of Captain America: Civil War. We'll be getting a closer look at some of Widow's allies from before, and what are the odds that she has a connection to the Winter Soldier prior to joining SHIELD? I mean, she was the only one who knew about him in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

For now, we wait for any confirmation on whether Stan would be making a cameo in the movie. The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is the first Disney+ series set to come out after Widow so what are the odds that he's filming an after-credits scene?
