  • Tom Holland Feared for his MCU Spot After Captain America: Civil War
Tom Holland, the Spider-Man of MCU, revealed that he thought he will be kicked out of the MCU after Captain America: Civil War. The film being his debut in the MCU, Holland revealed that his gut felt like he was going to be fired even before the film was released in theaters. Maybe, at that moment, he felt like he could have said to Mr. Stark that he doesn’t feel so good. Considering that he received generally positive feedback for portraying the role impeccably, it would seem silly that he would even think about being booted out just after the first film he appeared on. It could be something like first game jitters but eventually, he got ahold of the role well as seen in his various appearances in the MCU. Holland’s Spider-Man played a huge part in Iron Man’s story arc being one of the reasons why Stark has decided to join the Avengers in traveling through time to bring back everyone Thanos has snapped in Infinity War. With the death of Tony Stark, it is possible that it will greatly affect how Spider-Man’s perspective of being a hero and could contribute to him stepping up his game. Reprising his role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man 3, the movie is expected to be pivotal in the MCU as it will be venturing into the multiverse, one of the main themes that MCU has set for Phase Four. With Sony and Marvel as co-producers, Jon Watts will be back to direct the film bringing the writers of Far From Home, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers, to pen the script. There are also rumors that Holland will be joined by previous Spider-Man actors Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man 3, and that Daredevil will appear in the movie. While there is no confirmation yet as to these rumors, how fun would that be having three Spider-Men swinging around? The film is currently filming and without any delay or problem in the near future, it may possibly be released this December. So, Tom Holland, worry no more as your future in the MCU is bright! • Will Shuri Be The Next Black Panther in Black Panther 2 Since ...
After the tragic news of the death of Chadwick Boseman to colon cancer, Marvel Studios has confirmed that there would be no recast for the king of Wakanda to honor him for the legacy he has left behind: the legacy of a real-life hero. With this, reports say that since T’Challa will not be returning to MCU, Letitia Wright’s Shuri will be taking over the title of Black Panther. Shuri, being the next of kin to the throne, fits the hierarchy of who will be the next ruler of Wakanda to wear the Black Panther suit. Logically, when a king dies without a wife or an heir to the throne, the closest blood relative would take up the responsibility of leading the kingdom. In Shuri’s case, since their mother is already queen and Nakia didn’t marry T’Challa, it would be fitting for her to take the throne. According to various reports, Shuri will be given more screen time and a much prominent role, not only for Wakanda but also for the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe. Being a technology genius at her age, Shuri can definitely contribute to the whole new team after the loss of half of the original Avengers and of her brother. This would mean we would be seeing a more mature Shuri in the next phase of MCU.           View this post on Instagram                       A post shared by Yadvender Singh Rana (@ultraraw26) In a fan art shared by a digital artist on Instagram, ultraraw26 depicted Shuri donning the Black Panther suit where she is looking at the helmet. The fan art also included T’Challa looking down in the background with a spine-chilling feel of knowing that the suit of Black Panther will never be the same without him. This makes it easier for fans to picture the great change that the whole MCU will face after losing one of the best actors to portray a role in its cinematic universe. Surely, Boseman’s portrayal of T’Challa will forever be engraved in the hearts of fans and co-actors alike. Although the arc of Shuri’s story has not yet been revealed, it would be fitting if she is to take on the role of the protector of Wakanda and carry the Black Panther suit. Black Panther 2 is set to be released on July 8, 2022. Related: Black Panther's Letitia Wright Faces Backlash for Alleged Anti-Vaccine Support

  • Is The Witcher Season 2 Cancelled? No, The Netflix Series is Just ...
After the delay that the pandemic has brought to the production of The Witcher Season 2, the second season of the series is facing another delay as Henry Cavill, the show’s titular character, got injured on set. Cavill, who plays Geralt of Rivia, is the face of The Witcher series. Cavill has been outspoken and proud in doing almost all of his stunts and swordplay in the Netflix show. While on set, an accident happened to Cavill while on an assault course and 20ft in the air despite wearing a safety harness. Cavill got a minor hamstring injury and is expected to be on the sidelines for a short period of time. During the accident, reports say that it could not be determined whether the cause was due to the harness Cavill wore which might have resulted in a strain on his muscles or if he had hit something while still on the air. With the leg injury, Cavill and the production team are concerned that he has to wear heavy armor and with his condition, Cavill might not be able to do it. Still, the show must go on and so will the filming be. While Cavill is still on recovery, the production of The Witcher continues. It may be recalled that the production of the second season of The Witcher has been delayed twice: the first was when Kristofer Hivju tested positive with the coronavirus and the second when the UK had its lockdown last spring and multiple members on set exhibited COVID-19 symptoms. Now back on track, the production team has been making an effort to complete the second season of The Witcher in time for the release of the show on Netflix. With the scheduled turning over of the work to special effects company Platige Image by July 2021, the series could be released shortly after that, with August 2021 as the earliest. • Why Avatar 2 is Taking So Long to Make and The Reason it Might Flop
Avatar had held the seat of being the highest-grossing film until Avengers: Endgame was released. Holding the throne for so long, its sequel, Avatar 2 came along with it as there has been a series of delays due to various reasons. James Cameron, the director of Avatar, said that he is also worrying that the Avatar sequels might flop even after the confirmation that the Avatar 2 has already finished filming. What is taking Avatar 2 so long? A year after the release of Avatar, James Cameron announced that it will be having two sequels to be released in 2014 and 2015 but in 2012, it was confirmed by the film’s producer, Jon Landau, that due to production concerns, the release was pushed back. In late 2013, James Cameron purchased land in New Zealand to shoot the sequels there. Even the New Zealand government proudly acknowledged this and confirmed that three Avatar movies will be shot in their country. The announcement was made in December 2013, making it highly unlikely that it will be released in 2014. Fox even revealed that the scriptwriting had just started. Fox then pushed the release date to December 2016, then Cameron pushed it a year further. According to Cameron, getting the story to work has complexities for a saga with three films that one doesn’t get in making just one film. Cameron also revealed that the three films were being written simultaneously to keep everyone in the production team on track. In April 2016, the release date was pushed back again and there would now be four sequels to Avatar. The first of the four was scheduled in December 2018, and the following for 2020, 2022, and 2023 respectively. Months before the awaited release in 2018, Cameron said that 2018 is not going to happen. Fox finally set-in-stone release dates for the films: December 18, 2020; December 17, 2021; December 20, 2024; and December 19, 2025, claiming it to be absolute and unmovable. Yet another bump on the road, Fox was taken over by Disney in March 2019. With this, the absolute and unmovable dates were pushed back for the nth time. In addition to that, the pandemic changed the whole game for 2020. Cameron is known for being a perfectionist which makes him work at a light speed as compared to other filmmakers. He touches every nitty-gritty of details. With three teams working on the script, possibly even four considering that there are four sequels, Cameron had to sit with every team to ensure that his vision will be what the script would say. Also, Cameron is shooting not one, but three films altogether. This is a tedious task to do as each film would need to be complete. Cameron even had to invent groundbreaking technology to shoot the first film, what more for three films done at once? And with Avatar 2 set underwater, Cameron invested in a purpose-built submarine. The possible reason for the flop of Avatar sequels In 2009, 3D was a rather new thing, and having Avatar in 3D, the hype of the film skyrocketed making Avatar a must-see film. With Avatar 2 taking a long break, new improvements in the filmmaking industry have been introduced and many are assuming that Avatar 2 might just be another billion-dollar sequel sans the FOMO factor people had before as it would not have a stronger impact than that of the first film. Another is that it took more than a decade to arrive that the hype of the fans in 2009 might not be carried over considering the huge amount of weight. The market also changed drastically with the 12-year interval: the youngsters who enjoyed Avatar might even have kids already. The huge time-jump will surely play a factor in the success of the sequels. It would also be competing with franchises with a huge fanbase like that of Star Wars, Marvel, and DC. To have such competitors would make it difficult to get back in the limelight and build a fan base of its own. Cameron, worried but still hopeful, said he’s going to try to still pull it off, maybe another great masterpiece in the making, considering the availability of new platforms such as streaming services. With all the possible reasons for its flop, Cameron can still use these to his advantage as it will still spark that curiosity, that excitement, and that legacy that it had before. Having Disney on Cameron’s side, marketing can also be relatively vast considering that Disney holds the highest-grossing franchise of all time, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the long-running franchise of Star Wars. Avatar 2 is set to have its theatrical release on December 16, 2022, with the rest of the sequel to be released on December 20, 2024, December 18, 2026, and December 22, 2028, respectively. There is still no confirmation yet whether it will be streaming on the same date. Related: Avatar 2 Set Photo Hints at Kate Winslet's Mysterious Winged Character

  • Is Black Panther 2 Cancelled? Release Date Has Been Confirmed By ...
Wakanda Forever! The most technologically advanced country in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Wakanda, will be back on the big screen as Disney and Marvel confirm Black Panther 2 and it will be directed and written by Ryan Coogler. Disney released the news on their official Twitter page. Black Panther 2, opening July 8, 2022, is being written & directed by Ryan Coogler. Honoring Chadwick Boseman’s legacy & portrayal of T’Challa, @MarvelStudios will not recast the character, but will explore the world of Wakanda & the rich characters introduced in the first film. — Disney (@Disney) December 11, 2020 And no, they will not recast King T’Challa. The late Chadwick Boseman remains to be the exclusive holder of the title of T’Challa. Chadwick Boseman, the central character of Black Panther, donning the Black Panther suit and the king of Wakanda, died due to colon cancer last year and this news brought heartbreak to fans of Boseman and Marvel alike. Unknown to only a few, he has been battling cancer for four years and still managed to pull off a number of blockbuster films with incredible portrayals including his role as Black Panther despite balancing it with his hospital treatments. Boseman remains to be an inspiration to date, especially to those battling cancer as he is a real fighter and made a mark despite cancer. To honor Boseman, Marvel Studios and Disney decided not to recast his character and let his legacy remain in the hearts of many, even with the availability of technology, the executive producer of Black Panther, Victoria Alonso, confirmed there would be no use of digital double that will be used for the late Boseman, he will be T’Challa forever. Given the confirmation that the late Boseman will not be making an appearance on-screen, Black Panther 2 will instead explore Wakanda and the characters that were already introduced in Black Panther. Reprising their roles would be Letitia Wright as Shuri, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Winston Duke as M’Baku, and Angela Bassett as Ramonda. Martin Freeman’s CIA Agent Everett Ross is also expected to return while there is no confirmation yet if Danai Gurira will return as Okoye and if Daniel Kaluuya will be back as W’Kabi. Reportedly, Michael B Jordan’s Erik Killmonger could also return, either in flashbacks or whatever way Marvel has in store to revive their dead characters as this would not be the first time that we would be seeing a dead character alive in the whole MCU. (Yes, talking about you, Vision.) Black Panther 2 is set to be back on the big screen on July 8, 2022. It is not sure yet whether it would be available via streaming but following the logic of the Black Widow release, it would not be available on streaming immediately. • Is The Mandalorian Over After Season 2? No, The Disney Plus Series ...
No, The Mandalorian is definitely not over. It has been confirmed that The Mandalorian will be getting its third season on Disney+, and no, it is not The Book of Boba Fett because, as confirmed by The Mandalorian creator Jon Favreau, such is a separate entity to The Mandalorian 3. During the Investor Day of Disney, it was announced by Kathleen Kennedy, president of Lucasfilm, that The Mandalorian will be having its next chapter. There’s surely a packed future ahead for all Star Wars fans, especially The Mandalorian fans! Right after The Book of Boba Fett, the production of The Mandalorian 3 is set to start with all the main characters people have learned to love in the series. The events of The Mandalorian 3 will be following that of Boba Fett. The Mandalorian 3 could be focusing on a whole lot of threads where the Darksaber is up for grabs between Mando and Bo-Katan. Another is that the defeat of Moff Gideon may result in Din’s claim of the Mandalore weapon. Every Star Wars fans’ beloved Luke Skywalker is also set to train Grogu. This could be a way where a new Luke Skywalker could be introduced given that the fans are calling for Sebastian Stan to be cast as young Luke. Sophie Thatcher, from When the Streetlights Go On, will reportedly join The Mandalorian Season 3 though it is still a mystery who her character would be and unclear whether she will be debuting in The Book of Boba Fett. Since The Mandalorian 3 is not yet in production as they are still in the process of the production of The Book of Boba Fett, there is still no trailers released for The Mandalorian 3 as no footage is tantamount to no trailer. Still, with the confirmation that Lucasfilm and Disney+, surely there is more to come for The Mandalorian series. The Book of Boba Fett is set to be released on Disney+ in December 2021 which means that The Mandalorian 3 would be sometime in 2022. • The Ayer Cut Releases Unseen Jared Leto's Joker Clip in the Suicide ...
In a never-before-seen clip of Jared Leto’s Joker, David Ayer, director of Suicide Squad (2016), shared a sinister video of Joker saying the words “you should be ashamed of yourself.” The video contains Joker’s half-burnt face, even included in one of the trailers but it was not included in the final cut of the movie. Ayer said that if the opportunity arises that he could share his true vision for Suicide Squad, he would, adding that it would be easy to complete and would be cathartic for him.            View this post on Instagram                       A post shared by Heroic Hollywood (@heroichollywood) This vision of Ayer features more of Joker, including his fight in the subway, and a clear tone to Joker’s relationship with Harley Quinn which could have fit better for the introduction of Birds of Prey. His version also includes a larger arc for Katana and a could-have-been love triangle between Joker, Harley, and Deadshot. Ayer said that his film has never seen the light of day as it got the “Edward Scissorhands treatment.” This is not the first time a call for the original cut of the film in the DC Extended Universe happened. Recently, the Snyder Cut has been making some noise as Zack Snyder’s version of Justice League will finally be released this year as confirmed by Snyder himself. In the same situation, Ayer’s Suicide Squad got the same fate as that of Snyder’s Justice League. Because of this, Zack Snyder plans to talk to Ayer regarding this issue saying that he supports filmmakers needing their vision seen on screen. Snyder added that he hopes that other filmmakers would be given the same support he received in having their versions of the movie seen. This series of calls of distress from filmmakers and fans alike to bring justice to the original cuts of films could hopefully open more doors in the future. The Suicide Squad of James Gunn is expected to arrive in theaters on August 6, 2021. Related: Possible Description of Joker’s Look in Zack Snyder’s Justice League

  • Best Watch Order for Star Wars Movies and Shows: Including New Disney ...
If you have the whole weekend to spare sans sleep, then a Star Wars marathon is for you! A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the Star Wars franchise has been a staple in pop culture and it touched generations with its stories and ever-evolving plot. With more than three decades of films, spin-offs, and series, it will instantaneously fill your whole schedule taking up around three to four days if you go non-stop watching. Surely, after watching the whole Star Wars Saga, you’ll consider being a Jedi yourself for being able to watch all that there is to the Star Wars universe. With Star Wars venturing into Disney+, the Star Wars universe expands and the list seems to go on and on with an upcoming The Mandalorian 3, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Rangers of the New Republic, The Book of Boba Fett, Patty Jenkins’ Rogue Squadron, and an untitled Taika Waititi film joining the Star Wars roster. Depending on your preference, you can watch the Star Wars franchise in various sequences. Here’s a guide on the order you can watch the whole Star Wars Franchise. The All-Encompassing Order of the Star Wars Saga The Star Wars Saga began in 1997 and if you want to watch it in chronological order, then this is the list for you. This includes everything in the Star Wars Saga, with the movies, spin-offs, and the series and the series yet to be released, even with the Lego Star Wars films and their holiday special, if you prefer to completely get every last bit that Star Wars can offer.  • Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • Lego Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles (2013 to 2014) • Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace (2011) • The Clone Wars (2008 to 2014) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Star Wars: the Bad Batch (possibly in late 2021) • Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) • Obi-Wan Series (possibly released in 2022) • Star Wars Rebels (2014 to 2018) • Rogue One (2016) • Star Wars: Droids (1985 to 1986) • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Star Wars: Holiday Special (1978) • Lego Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out (2012) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) • Episode VI: The Return of the Jedi (1983) • Star Wars: Rogue Squadron (2023) • Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures (2016 to 2017) • Lego Star Wars: Droid Tales (2015) • Ewoks (1985 to 1986) • The Mandalorian (2019) • The Book of Boba Fett (possibly in 2022) • Ahsoka (no release date yet) • Star Wars: Rangers of the New Republic (no release date yet) • Star Wars: Resistance (2018 to Present) • Lego Star Wars: The Resistance Rises (2016) • Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2016) • Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017) • Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) • Star Wars: Forces of Destiny (2017 to Present)   The Chronological Movie Order of Star Wars If you prefer to watch all the films in the order of the events and live the story of the characters in an intimate way as to how everything has happened, this is your movie order. But this order has a downside, this way, one of the best and most iconic scenes to ever grace the cinemas, the reveal of Luke’s parentage will shock you a little too early. • Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008-present) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) • Star Wars Rebels (2014-2018) • Rogue One (2016) • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back  (1980) • Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) • The Mandalorian (2019-present) • Star Wars: Resistance (2018-2020) • Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2015) • Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017) • Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) The Theatrical Movie Order of Star Wars This is your go-to list if you prefer watching the Star Wars Saga the old-fashioned way by experiencing the way they did it from 1977 where they had to wait for years before the release of the next chapter of the saga, but now it is available for you to put the old-fashioned way to the test. This might be confusing especially to those who are new to Star Wars considering the time jump in between the movies. • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) • Episode VI: The Return of the Jedi (1983) • Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2015) • Rogue One (2016) • Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017) • Solo (2018) • Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) “The Godfather” order of Star Wars This order allows you to watch the original two Star Wars films, the shock reveals given by the ending of Empire Strikes Back, then back to the prequel trilogy giving Anakin’s background. Then after the Revenge of the Sith, you proceed with Return of the Jedi to make way for the Vade-Luke clash with no disruptions to the big twists. However, with this order, it would be difficult to fit in the new films and series. • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) • Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) The Machete Order of Star Wars Sans The Phantom Menace, the Machete order removes the “I am your father” moment. This order will make you enjoy the Saga before the Darth Vader backstory.  • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983)   The Rinster Order of Star Wars or the Skywalker Order This is based on the list of Star Wars superfan, Ernest Rinster who created his own order of the movies to preserve the twist of Luke’s father but still including The Phantom Menace, leaving out the sequels. With this, you’ll get to follow the story with the focus on Luke Skywalker where you get to know about his lineage. • Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) • Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) • Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) • Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) • The Clone Wars (2008 to 2014) • Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) • Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) • Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) • The Mandalorian (2019-present) • Star Wars: Resistance (2018-2020) • Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2015) • Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017) • Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) In whichever way you prefer, the Star Wars Saga will indulge you with a journey that will take you galaxies away and into an ever-evolving story of the characters. And in watching the saga, may the force be with you! Related: Star Wars Teases that a Jedi Purge Already Took Place Long Before Order 66
