Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has steadily grown to be one of the biggest box office stars in the world, and he’s in the cover for the new issue of GQ. To come along with that, GQ has released a fun video of Johnson starring in multiple fake sequels for famous movies. Nothing like a 6’4 giant muscleman dancing to Jamiroquai’s Canned Heat.
Johnson has definitely gone a long way from wrestling, and it’s been a while since he starred in The Mummy Returns as the Scorpion King. As of now, Johnson is lined up to appear in the Baywatch reboot as well as the Jumanji sequel; he’s also going to play Black Adam in the DC Cinematic Universe — whenever that comes out.
It looks like fellow wrestler Dave Bautista is trying to follow suit with Johnson, starring in all these big movies like Guardians of the Galaxy and the Blade Runner sequel, but he’s still more of a character actor — Johnson is the one with the real charisma.
