Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them star Eddie Redmayne is set to feature new footage of the movie at the MTV Movie Awards during Sunday night's telecast.
On Tuesday, MTV News announced that Redmayne, who plays Newt Scamander in the upcoming Harry Potter spinoff, will be presenting the new footage during the awards night.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is the first return of J.K. Rowling's wizarding world to the big screen since the Harry Potter series ended in 2011. The film follows the adventures of magizoologist Newt Scamander who arrives in 1926 New York carrying a magical suitcase that contains enchanted exotic creatures. Problem arises when the creatures escape from the suitcase, and at a time when wizards are supposed to keep hidden from the No-Maj (non-magical people).
It's been a long time since Harry Potter and I honestly can't wait to see what magical adventures are in store for us in Fantastic Beasts.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is slated for release on November 18. Meanwhile, the MTV Movie Awards will be held on Sunday at 8 p.m. on MTV.
