According to early reviews I've read online, it sounds like Luke Cage is the best Marvel TV show yet, and the badass is coming to Netflix at the end of this month. The show's official Twitter page released a new clip that was teased in the trailer. It looks like it's in the early parts of the 13-episode series, and it features Cage beating up some cocky thugs in a restaurant. We get to see him show off his indestructible skin, and apparently the whole gang is a piece of cake for him. Watch the clip below:
Synopsis:
After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city – forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.
Luke Cage will premiere on Netflix in September 30.
