Watch: Every Cameo, Easter Egg, And Reference In Star Wars The Last Jedi

[THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI]

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is finally here, and like any modern blockbuster, it's chockfull of Easter Eggs references and cameos. As always, Mr. Sunday Movies on Youtube has given us this quick breakdown of everything we've missed including cameo appearances and references to the original and prequel trilogies.

Off the bat, there are some pretty obvious homages to the original material like R2-D2 playing Leia's message to Obi-Wan or seeing Luke's X-Wing on Ach-To, but there are also some more subtle hints. For one, when Luke says "See you around, kid," to Kylo, that's actually the same line said to him by Han Solo in the original trilogy. Also, Luke's death has him looking at twin suns one last time.

The movie also has its fair share of cameos like Rogue One director Gareth Edwards being next to the soldier in Crait who tastes the salt on the ground. Baby Driver director Edgar Wright has also revealed that he has a "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" cameo as a Rebel soldier in the film.

Other than that, there's some EU lore that can be found in the movie. For one, Rose's ring with the Rebel insignia was used during the old Republic when senators would wear the ring to show which of them was backing the Alliance. Also, Luke found the Jedi Tree/Temple thanks to following Force-sensitive saplings around the galaxy—the same type of wood Chirrut Imwe uses for his walking stick in Rogue One.

There's a lot more to reveals in the video.
