Twin Peaks Is Getting Its Own Panel At This Year’s SDCC

It looks like David Lynch and Mark Frosts popular serial horror drama series Twin Peaks will be joining the party at this year's San Diego Comic Con.

The first time to ever join Comic-Con International since the series first premiered on ABC back in 1990, Deadline reports that the supernatural crime series will he having its own panel at Hall H sometime in the afternoon on July 21. The exact time frame of Twin Peaks panel may have not yet been announced, however with Game of Throne SDCC panel starting at 1:30 pm and the Preacher starting at 4:00 pm, we can guess that the horror drama show's going to come up on stage around 2:30 or 2:45 pm.

Twin Peaks' new network Showtime hasn't really announced the specifics of the panel, keeping the list of the cast members and the crew who'll be attending the event under lock and key. The network could be announcing the panel details in the next few days – after all, fans do deserve to know more about the series appearance at this year's SDCC.

While the series was a critical success when it first aired back in the 90's, its revival could use a little promotional boost to help get newer viewers into the series.

Twin Peaks: The Return airs "Part 9" this Sunday, July 9, 2017.
