If there's anyone that Tom Holland wants Spider-Man to meet with in Avengers: Infinity War, its T'Challa's (Chadwick Boseman) brilliant sister Shuri (Letitia Wright).
Sitting down to speak with Entertainment Weekly about how Black Panther and Wakanda is going to affect the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the release of T'Challa's first standalone film, Holland talks about hoping to meet Shuri in Infinity War. Not only does the Marvel star claim that he'd become good friends with Wright over the last year, he also says the Ready Player One actress is his favorite part of Black Panther.
"I think Peter would love it (working with Wakanda). There's some great moments in the comics where Peter ends up there. And Letitia [Wright] and I have become really good friends over the last year and a bit. It would be brilliant to have our characters meet up, it would be so funny. She's brilliant in the movie, she's actually my favorite part of Black Panther."
Holland isn't the only one who's into Shuri. A lot of fans also enjoyed the Wakandan princess' brilliance and wit, many claiming her to be one of their favorites from Black Panther. We wonder whether Peter and Shuri will ever get to have a few scenes together in Infinity War.
Avengers: Infinity War premieres April 27.
