Director Taika Waititi took it to Twitter to announce that Thor: Ragnarok finally started filming today.
Waititi's confirmation was a response to Ant-Man director Peyton Reed's praise to him: "Congrats to @TaikaWaititi and @bradwinderbaum on Day 1 of principal photography on THOR: RAGNAROK! (Taika, remember: explosions!) #Mjölnir."
Waititi responded with an image of the crew's chairs with the names such as Tom Hammel, Eric Pearson, Cyndi Ochs. Check out the tweet:
