Spider-Man: Homecoming may be taking centerstage as its release date in theaters draws near. But the Marvel movie that will close off the year isn't missing a beat either.

Thor: Ragnarok's trailer had been one of the most explosive in terms of views, reactions, and expectations. And while we're still waiting for the next one to drop with a little more hints on the story and the events that will follow that big Mjolnir break, Marvel Studios concept artist Andy Park has showcased two of his artworks for the movie.

The first one features the hero himself, all ready to fight in the arena. And since he will have to battle without is favored weapon, two pieces of weaponry have replaced his battle gear; that is, the famed helmet and two swords, complete with his all-new armor (still themed with that red cape behind him).

For the second image, we see the mainstay characters who will play a role in the movie. There's, of course, Loki, who appears to be moving his chess pieces forward. But it's hard to ignore who's in the shadows, none other than Hela herself, thanks to the very recognizable headpiece that's her trademark. It makes me wonder if this is an illustrated way of saying that she will be operating in the shadows from Loki's end.

We also see Odin and Valkyrie in the sidelines, while Hulk is down front and center, and looking as angry as ever. Everyone seems ready to wreak their own forms of havoc, and I'm just here waiting to see how everything ties together, especially with the big possibility of the Soul Stone making an appearance.

Thor: Ragnarok will be out in theaters on Oct. 25. It stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Karl Urban, and Anthony Hopkins, with Taika Waititi on the director's chair.
