Marvel and Star Wars fans sure had a romp at the Las Vegas CinemaCon yesterday. Not only did Disney unveil new footage for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, it also teased Chris Hemsworth's Asgardian god of thunder in Thor: Ragnarok, releasing brand new images, concept art and a brand new clip.
While fans have known for quite some time that Marvel would be having Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Thor bash each other out in a Sakaaran gladiator fight in Thor: Ragnarok, footage previewed at CinemaCon featured the two in what seemed to be a team-up.
According to a report by Comicbook, the clip released during the Disney presentation showed Thor up on Hulk's shoulders as the two Avengers fight for their lives in the arena. It may come as a surprise to fans who have been expecting a showdown between the two, however Marvel has also been suggesting that the two would eventually work together in the film in some of Ragnarok's promotional merchandising.
Images of Thor from the presentation have also made their way online. Check it out down here:

"Trust me," Disney's executive vice president for Theatrical Exhibition Sales & Distribution, Dave Hollis said "This is a Thor like no other."
From a smashdown to an eventual team-up, it seems like Thor and Hulk will find themselves getting closer as they try to make it out alive of the Sakaaran gladiator fight and try to save Asgard from Ragnarok like an actual space-buddy movie. We can't wait to see it on the big screen.
Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled to premiere on November 3, 2017.
