The Russo Brothers Agree That Fans Should Be Afraid Of Avengers 4’s Real Title

Marvel Studios might be focused on hyping up Avengers: Infinity War, but some fans are still hoping that they'll get to know Avengers 4's title before the first installment in the Russo Brother's two-part Avengers movie makes its big premiere.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and the Russo Brothers have all been hinting that Avengers 4's title serves as a spoiler for Infinity War. Responding to a fan on social media the directors warn that fans should be afraid of what Infinity War's sequel might be called.

Last year, Guardians of the Galaxy actress Zoe Saldana accidentally let slip that Avengers 4 might actually be called Avengers: Infinity Gauntlet – a title which tells everyone that Thanos is going to get his hands on all the Infinity Stones by the time Infinity War comes to an end. Though the procurement of all the gems might seem like an inevitability, the thought of the Mad Titan obtaining the full power of the Infinity Gauntlet is pretty terrifying in itself. Imagine having the power to wipe out half of the universe with a snap of your fingers.

Here's the synopsis for Infinity War:

"Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet -- the evil Thanos. On a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones, Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality. The fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment."

Avengers: Infinity War premieres April 27. Avengers 4 hits theaters May 3, 2019.
