The Flash Season 3 Will Have a Frustrating Ending

Barry Allen and the rest of Team Flash will leave us hanging once more. Ending its third season run this May 23, fans may want to temper their viewing pace, because it's going to be a while of waiting for the next season.

TV Line has released the synopsis for the finale episode of The Flash, and it's going to have a major cliffhanger. It doesn't help that before we land on finale, we'll be seeing Barry fight it off with one of his friends, Caitlin who has now become Killer Frost. Everything's happening with the premise that he has finally gotten to know who Savitar is.

"After discovering Savitar's true identity, Team Flash prepares for a final, epic battle with the God of Speed… while struggling with a major setback. Expect a season-ending cliffhanger that will leave viewers—and the heroes—questioning how they will move forward in Season 4."

That synopsis has a very foreboding air. I remember getting into the Savitar season already feeling Barry's guilt over Flashpoint. And when Savitar started targeting his friends and family to give them powers and even to threaten Iris's life, I would think that it was one of those bottoms that Barry has hit in the series.

Apparently, this seems like a bigger thing, especially now that Barry's not the only one left questioning his actions and their consequences.

The Flash airs on The CW on Tuesdays. The season finale will air on May 23.

Read:Guardians will grow up before Avengers: Infinity War.

Kingsman will have a comic series in time for the sequel.
