The Coronavirus really took its toll on everyone, putting a lot of businesses in danger and forcing most people to stay at home. It even affected CW's The Flash and a number of Arrowverse shows, with the network forced to show replays of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Thankfully, it looks like The CW is getting around to showing new episodes as they have finally revealed a synopsis for the latest episode of The Flash.

We'll get to see The Flash return to The CW on April 21 in the episode So Long and Goodnight. Here, Barry Allen's surrogate father Joe West is in danger as Blackhole hires Ragdoll to kill the esteemed police officer. The episode will also tell us more about Sue Dibny, according to CBR, and we're really looking forward to that, as long as it doesn't lead to Identity Crisis. Yikes.

BLACK HOLE THREATENS JOE'S LIFE – After Black Hole hires Rag Doll (guest star Troy James) to kill Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Singh (guest star Patrick Sabongui) suggests he go into Witness Protection but Joe refuses to stop investigating Carver (guest star Eric Nenninger). While investigating Carver with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) runs into Sue (guest star Natalie Dreyfuss). Iris (Candice Patton) becomes suspicious of Eva (guest star Efrat Dor).

It's all really exciting since they could always kill Joe to give Barry some more things to grieve about. Then again, he's lost enough family members in our book so here's hoping Joe makes it and Barry beats Ragdoll to a pulp.

The Flash returns to The CW on April 16.
