Thanos Comic Creator Supports Avengers: Infinity War Fan Theory

Jim Starlin the creator of Marvel's cosmic characters Drax the Destroyer, Gamora and the massive Thanos has just given his take on the new teaser for Marvel Studios upcoming superhero mash-up, Avengers: Infinity War, and it looks like the comic writer is backing up a popular fan theory about the two part film.

Taking to Facebook to share his ideas on the Avengers: Infinity War two-parter after the release of the first film's teaser, Starlin revealed how he shared the hunch that Marvel would be making a loose film adaptation of one of Marvel Comic's iconic events, the Infinity Gauntlet.

Many fans used to believe that Marvel Studios would adapt the Infinity Gantlet's story and it's title for the clash between the swelling number of "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" and the Mad Titan during the Avengers: Infinity War sequel in 2019, and Thanos' creator sharing the theory, it's very likely that the theory holds some ground.

Avengers: Infinity War premieres on the big screen on May 4, 2018 while it's untitled sequel debuts the year after that on May 3, 2019.
