Tessa Thompson Says Thor: Ragnarok Post-Credit Scenes Included In Reshoots

While some might panic at the thought of reshoots, it's inevitable for blockbuster movie productions to add in few other scenes after wrapping up principal photography and that includes Marvel's highly anticipated superhero space adventure, Thor: Ragnarok.

The only difference, is that some of the film's post-credits scenes were actually included in Ragnarok's reshoot schedule.

Speaking in an interview with Collider during the Marvel Studios panel at the 2017 San Diego Comic Con last weekend, Valkyrie star Tessa Thompson spilled the beans on some of the scenes that were added to the reshoots of Thor: Ragnarok. While one turned out to be a potential fight scene, another sounds a post-credit sequence common to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"Dude, we killed it. I mean hopefully. We did so many setups, and also what was so exciting is you could see like at the end of the day it would get cut in… There's two characters in the film that potentially have a fight scene, and some of the reshoots were just adding. So it wasn't like reshooting stuff, a lot of it was just additional photography or like shooting tags which may or may not have included cameos from elsewhere."

Knowing that Thor: Ragnarok comes straight before Avengers: Infinity War, it's likely that the cameos would be meant for Marvel's big smashdown movie. The only question is which characters might be involved in these cameos. Could it be Chris Pratt's Star Lord and his team of space misfits, the Guardians of the Galaxy? Or could it be one of the Avengers? Our bet's on Peter Quill.

Thor: Ragnarok premieres November 3, 2017. Avengers: Infinity War on the other hand hits cinemas May 4, 2018.
